The Downfall :

A smile on my lips
With dreary eyes,
Early to marriagehood
I don't know when I got OK.

With my marriage
Being turned into porridge
My soul was in pain
A barren land without rain.

Finally when I decided to get out
of this vicious cycle,
My kids were the light
at the end of the dark tunnel,

Woke up to jeeric comments
One day after everyday,
"It's not easy for a divorce woman to live"
They say
And they are the only ones who make it difficult.

My dignity was being ripped off,
But this was not what broke me
It was my kids who when started
believing all this
Made me feel like to the end of the world .

I decided to give rope-a-dope ,
Started my career as an admin
But got tangled in the corporate politics.

I still didn't give up ,
Tried starting something of my own
That made many people frown
I listened to them
And that's where I failed
I felt jailed.

The uprising :

Before my divorce, my children were my weakness and they made me helpless. Once I got detached from the marriage relationship my children became my strength. My daughter considers me her role model and I guess that is my biggest achievement. My children have become mature at a very young age because of my divorce but I got 2 very strong pillars to hold me up. First was my family who never judged me for the comments passed in society. It is a real struggle for parents when they have to listen to the rumors about her daughter and prove everyone wrong. The second was the back of my friend Nutan who encouraged me for each and every decision of mine. She became my advisor, mom, friend, and all-time supporter. Our system gives priority to the degree and not to years of experience. For uplifting the graph of my career I started the preparation for MBA in my 30s but failed 2 times. So I pursued the online postgraduate course in hospital administration and marketing and earn a degree from Hyderabad.

I always asked God "Why me? Why you chose me for all the pain and misery?". And he always replied to me: "I wanted to try life on you! And life consists of all these anguish and agony. I find you capable to handle all these elements!".

Today I have built the whole empire of my own and possess a successful business team in MARKETING | BRANDING | CONSULTING.
