The Downfall :

The camera at a glance,
I entered the world of lens.
Worked as a helper in 20s
made me expect,
28 years back in my retrospect.
Tangled in wires and cables to control,
the bridge blurred to my goal.

Having countable amount in his pocket,
My dad listed a camera in my docket.
But with no clients and order,
I held my JVC 500 camcorder.

Ordered my goals to bestow,
5 years plus, I rented a studio.
In order to make my name
in the hall of fame,
Eventually, I lost my piece
in the family game.

My camera set expanded
As two new members got added.
Before I caress,
They got stolen
leaving me a mess.
The cash famished,
The hope vanished.

Woke up to a new start,
Drew side business of travelling on a chart.
We were handling it with pace,
Out of nowhere, my mate escaped.

My vehicle left me with a road accident,
with the insurance policy reluctant.
Leaving me completely shattered,
Again,
The cash famished,
The hope vanished.

Started always with zero,
To achieve my inner hero.
Believing people as selfish,
I dared to fill the pond
with my own fish.
Backed by family,
Bought a studio and home,
To enhance the quality,
of the lives they own.

Pulling all-nighter,
for a better future,
Took me towards my appendix pain
and back curvature.
Suddenly,
I saw a nightmare with my open eyes.
Hustling in jammed traffic,
Finding my lost 50k.

I felt like money said me goodbye leaving a note -
Better luck next time!

The uprising :

It was tough for me to earn people's trust at the early stage of my career without getting a chance. Sometimes, when you don't have an opportunity, you need to create one. I started live telecasting the festival celebration in the city using cable lines which helped me come in the limelight and folks started knowing my name.

My life has always been a chain of struggles. But I never stopped believing in almighty as I had faith that: "As fire is the test of gold; struggles and adversity are the tests for men." I never complain about those sleepless nights and cashless days. Those are the reasons which made me so strong and ready to accept all kind of challenges in my life.

I have trained 20+ youngsters and helped them create a bright career in photography.

Once people used to ignore me and doubt my skills. Still, today the same people respect my opinions and take me seriously for all my proposals for new adaption in my field. In 2012, I started a photographers association named "Photo Pictorial Member Welfare association " with my other fellas. I served there as a secretary, and last year(2019) I got elected as the immediate president. My work and contribution have satisfied people, and I have made my name all over India.

Lockdown was a real struggle for the people like me whose profession includes fieldwork. My journey had taught me that problems always come in pair with a solution. Instead of brooding what to do next, I started learning new skills by attending many online tutorials and added many skills to my bucket of experience.

I believe in growing together, which brought me to the idea of creating an online platform for all the photographers. I conducted many webinars and discussed tons of new strategies to be adopted after this lockdown.
